At a cost equivalent to € 100,00 (excluding taxes) on the website www.initalyfood.com you will be entitled to receive a holiday voucher. For every multiple of € 100.00 (excluding taxes) spending, you will receive additional holiday vouchers. A good holiday then, amounts to € 100.00 spending (excluding VAT) up to a maximum expenditure of EUR 1,000 for 10 good holiday.
For example, for a purchase amounting to € 250.00 you get two good holiday "InitalyWorld". For a purchase price of € 1,100 or more you will receive 10 coupons.

Art. 1 - The holiday vouchers "InitalyWorld" is in print and / or electronic form, sold by Initalyfood to individuals, legal entities, as well as to organizations or associations recognized and not recognized who shop for a minimum of www.initalyfood.com expenditure as indicated below:
for an order with a minimum of 100 € payable on site www.initalyfood.com and receive a holiday voucher which you can use by choosing one of the facilities on this website. The holiday voucher is used in "formula roulette".
This voucher allows the owner / user (which can be either the user who made purchases on the platform www.initalyfood.com that a person other than to whom it has assigned the same user) to use it, by the deadline specified on the same.
Art. 2 -The Owner / User shall coupon accepts the conditions of this Regulation.
Art. 3 - In the event of use contrary to these Regulations the good holiday "InitalyWorld" can be withdrawn without any right to compensation for the Owner / User shall.
Art. 4 - The holiday  voucher "InitalyWorld" must be used only once by the deadline specified therein. The holiday  voucher "InitalyWorld" must be used only once by the deadline specified in it and is valid for 12 months from activation. The voucher must be activated within 7 days. the date of issue and use is subject to acceptance of regulation.
Art. 5 - The good holiday "InitalyWorld" can not be combined with other offers and / or promotions on the website www.initalyfood.com.
Art. 6 - The owner / user of the holiday  voucher "InitalyWorld" agrees, on receipt of holiday  voucher "InitalyWorld" the processing of personal data which may come to the Initaly Srl The treatment happens in the respect of confidentiality and in accordance the Decree. 196/2003 (Code concerning the protection of personal data). The owner of the data is: Initaly Srl located in Torano Castello (CS) at Via Castiglione snc. The data processing can involve the following steps, provided for by article 4 let.a) of Legislative Decree no. n.196 / 2003: collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation, destruction; is instead included the dissemination of data, that is, giving knowledge of data to indeterminate subjects in any form including by making available and consultation. Art. 7 - Any dispute concerning the interpretation, execution, termination or interpretation of this regulation are the exclusive competence of the Court of Cosenza.
